3. Tutor and Parent Conduct

All users must behave respectfully. Any form of abuse, false information, or misuse of the platform can result in account suspension or removal.

• Tutors must keep their availability and profile details up to date.
• Parents/students should attend booked sessions on time and respect tutor schedules.

4. Bookings and Payments

Bookings must be made through the platform. Tutors and parents should confirm bookings in advance. If using online payments (future feature), all transactions must be made through our secure system.

5. Campus ID Protection

For verification purposes, tutors may be asked to submit a valid Campus ID. We assure you that this ID will not be shown publicly and will not be indexed or displayed in search engines like Google.

6. Content Usage

You may not copy, distribute, or use any content from this website (including tutor profiles, blog posts, images) without written permission from TutorConnect.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any account that violates our terms, causes harm, or behaves dishonestly.

8. Modifications to Terms

TutorConnect Sri Lanka may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any major changes via email or site announcements.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved under Sri Lankan legal jurisdiction.
